Warranty, Cancelation and Refund Policies
Our commitment to our Members
We have taken a modern approach to our membership system, we have kept the cost low for all levels of accounts, and kept the cost of support low by facilitating on line support services.Our Warranty and Refund policies are meant to be simple, reasonable and considerate. We have deliberately kept the legalese to a minimum.
Warranty obligations:
Please note, MVBizX.com LLC. may change, expand or modify our warranty from time to time and will publish notice of updates on our website when the need arises.MVBizX.com, LLC warrants that the services purchased will be made available for the period of the subscription.
The member data will be maintained and backed up on a regular basis. However, that backup is not intended to provide a method of undoing changes introduced by the members use of the system. Data restoration either total or in part will be at the sole discretion of MVBizX.com, LLC.
Refunds
MVBizX.com, LLC will provide any member with a refund of any membership fee they have paid during their current subscription withing 30 days of establishing their membership provided they have not used the system.We define 'used the system' as actions taken by the member to promote their business via MVBizX.com, including any of the following...
- The setup and publishing of a Virtual Business Card(VBC) or Professional/Executive Web page(s)
- The use of the invites system to deliver an email to view a member's VBC, or Professional/Executive web page(s)
- The use of the Referral Management System, including the invitation to prospective referral partners.
- The use of the image upload feature for Professional and Executive accounts.
- The use of the web-link creator feature.
Requests for a refund should be emailed to supportservices@mvbizx.com
Upon receipt of a request for refund, the following action will be initiated.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the member using the email address on record.
- Upon confirmation of the request...
- Refunds requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the confirmation from the member.
- The account will be deactivated.
- A Credit will be applied to the Credit card used to charge the subscription.
- The subscription will be canceled and not renewed.
- An email with the cancellation and refund details will be sent to the account on record.
- Note:
- We retain the right to keep the data and images pertinent to a member account for archive purposes.
Account Cancellation
Members of mvbizx.com may cancel their account at any time, we request confirmation of cancellation via email.
When a member's account is canceled, all of their business info is deleted from public view. We may retain their membership details for at least 12 months. A canceled member may request a new account at any time as long as they have not been canceled due to failure to adhere to our membership policies and acceptable usage policies. Due to the costs of providing support and development, professional and above accounts are charged an annual fee. Please see our Refund policy.
If a previously canceled member requests a new account, they will be manually prorated the balance of their previous membership period. ie. If they became a professional member in January 09, then canceled their account in April 09 (ie after 4 months) but then request a new account in December of 09, then their premium membership will extend until July 10(ie 8 months from December 09)
We retain the right to cancel any members account in the event that they fail to adhere to our membership policies and acceptable usage policies.
