Quad points for logins.

During this period, our members will receive Quad Login points when they login for the first time each day.

Normal Login Ad Credits awarded for daily Login's are:
Basic: 5 Ad Credits (20 during this period)
Professional: 10 Ad Credits (40 during this period)
Executive: 15 Ad Credits (60 during this period)

NOTE: Members earn Login Ad Credits upon their First Login on any day.

Customer Reviews

Now visitors to the site can post a review of a company registered with MVBizX. Although we do not allow anonymous reviews, we do not release the reviewer's information accept as the reviewer sets in their account. Reviewers can post multiple reviews to different accounts and view their review history. However, they must confirm each review (we deliver an email with the review details and a confirmation link) and the business must approve the review before it is included in their Customer Reviews segment of their Company Page. 

Business Searches 

The new Busieness Search feature, visitors can lookup busineses searching on any term included in the company account as well as any terms in the approved Customer Reviews.

We will be expanding the Customer Reivews system soon to display the extended data that the reviewer provides about the business.

NOTES:

• Businesses are listed according the number of Ad Credits they have earned by their activity on MVBizX, the order in which listings are displayed is determined by that one criteria.
• When viewing the directory, if you click on the Avatar at the left of the listing, you'll see that Account's Virtual Business Card.

• If you click on the 'More Information' you can visit their Company Page on MVBizX.

The Main Directory:

• This directory shows all of the active businesses on MVBizX.
• You can page through the entire business directory.
• Just click on the 'more...' link near the bottom of the home page.

Business Category Directories:

• Each business selects a primary Category.
• Click on the 'Business Category Index' in the lower left part of the home page
• When viewing the Business Category Index, if you click on the Category name, the Businesses in that Category will be displayed.

Search option:

• The search feature allows you to find a business using a search term or keyword.
• The results will include any business on MVBizX that has used that search term in their account.
• The search term is not case sensitive and accepts * and _  as a wild card.
• * will match any number of characters
• _ will match any single character.
• For example:
• Search for 'Gift Card' would find

• Search for 33073 would find any business that was in the 33073 zip code, and any business that used the term 33073 in their account.

Your Active Account will earn Ad Credits when:

• The first time you login to your account each day.
• Someone visits 'Your Company Page':
• From an Invite email Link
• From a Weblink on your website (or any other website providing the format is correct)
• From a Link in your emails.
• When you renew or upgrade your account
• When someone registers an account from one of your invitations.
• From a Puzzle Invite.
• When someone submits and confirms their first review of you business.
• When you approve a review on your business.

Your account will not earn Ad Credits when:

• The system Auto Approves a Review of your account after 5 days from Review Confirmation.
• Someone visits 'Your Company Page' from a link on our home page.
• Someone visits 'Your Company Page' from a link in our Directories (including Group Directories)

Ad Credits have no monetary value, they are simply a method of calculating the amount of activity on your account and recognition of visitors arriving at our site because of activity on your account.

Ad Credits are awarded and charge on a sliding scale. Basic Accounts earn the least Ad Credits, Professional Accounts earn more than Basic, Executive Accounts earn more than Professional Accounts.

From time to time we will change the number of points awarded to the various account levels, normally Executives will earn more than Professional Accounts, and Basic Account will earn less.

Ad Credits cannot be traded, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged. They have no cash value.

Your account will be ranked according to the number of Ad Credits at the time the list is created.

To Rank higher in our Directories, simple Login every day, Send out invites to people you know via the Contact system, Put links to 'Your Company Page' on your website. Send out requests for reviews to your customers and vendors.

The Reviews system has been developed to allow your customers and associates to post reviews about your company.

The concept is to provide information about your company from a customer's or associates point of view.

There are several parts to the system:

• Reviews Display:
• Approved Reviews are shown on 'Your Company Page' (there are links to Your Company Page in the Directories)
• Account Management:
• You may Approve, Contact, Respond, or Dispute a confirmed review.
• System Management:
• We routinely approve any confirmed review after a certain number of days (at least 3 days)

A member of the public can post a review to your account. They are sent an email with a confirmation link. The account holder is sent an email with advance notice of the review.

When the Reviewer confirms the review, it will then be included in the Reviews management with appropriate options. If it is the first review by the Reviewer for the account holder, then the review confirmation earns Ad Credits for the account holder. (ie. A reviewer may post several reviews for an account, but only the first will earn Ad Credits)

When an account holder approves a review, it will then be included in the online display of reviews in 'Your Company Page'. If it is the first approved review by a reviewer on your account, then it will earn Ad Credits.

** Note: The Reviews Ad Credit process prevents abuse by one person submitting many reviews.

As we gain more data and feedback from both account holders and reviewers, we will make changes to the Review process. So please provide feedback when using the system.
